How to virtually convert any controller into XBOX controller on pc

Recent in Technology

Some games like "Rocket League" does not support under PS4 controller ( PS3, PS2 controllers... Hmmm, what about PS1 controllers?), also, most of PC games support XBOX controllers, so in this blog, I'll show you how to virtually convert any controller into a XBOX controller on your windows computer.

Installation on x360ce:

First, install x360ce from the site, "Download for all games" is the best option, then download the files, extract the compressed file, and do not run the program yet.
To download x360ce : https://www.x360ce.com/

Installation of Visual C Runtimes:

After that, you have to install Visual C Runtimes, the following link has the files you need : https://www.mediafire.com/file/zfj58zl6q41vajc/Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One-Nov-2022.zip/file

Then run the file shown below in the image.

Configurating x360ce:

the next step is to run x360ce.exe as Administrator, and check if you have any issue by going to the Issues section.

If you have, it is going to give you helpful solutions for the issues, after that you can click on "Add Game", choose the game you want to use the controller for it, and since you need to configurate first, it is a must to choose x360ce.
Once you finish, click on "Add ..." to add your console.

For me it's Dual Trigger, you can have a similar or a different name, select it then click on "Add Selected Device".

Then click on every button in the console and match it with your console settings.

Now keep the program running and go choose the game you selected.

As you can see in my game, my ps3 is recognized as XBOX controller, and I can now play Rocket League on my computer, but yeah, I have to virtualize my Intel UHD Graphics 620 as a Nvidia RTX 4080.
